At Energizer Holdings, we want to provide a workplace where our colleagues can feel valued, heard, supported and respected. Employee Resource Groups

We are proud to currently have three Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that play an important role in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace for our colleagues. Our ERGs are voluntary and colleague-led communities that provide a platform for colleagues to come together around shared characteristics or life experiences. We currently have four ERGs in our organization:

Health and Well-being

We have a holistic approach to well-being, and we strive to build an environment where our colleagues can physically thrive, mentally and emotionally flourish, establish financial security and create social connection. These pieces come together to form our Window to Well-being program, which provides well-being resources and learning opportunities for colleagues around the world. Colleagues are at the core of everything we do at Energizer Holdings, and its so important that each person has what they need so they can be and do their best, every day.
